What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries related to account updates, billing, and service requests
- Process account changes including renewals, cancellations, and profile updates
- Track and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain professional, clear, and friendly communication with clients
- Support onboarding of new brokerage accounts and manage required documentation
- Assist with tools such as DocuSign and CRM systems to maintain accurate records
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Operations, Accounting, and Business Development
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support customer retention by building strong, trust-based relationships
- Assist with training and support for CRM usage across teams
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team success
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience (logistics or supply chain experience is an asset)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Hubspot experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- College diploma or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Bilingual English and French is considered an asset
