What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to support timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Follow up with clients on balances, payment status, and remittances
  • Process payments and resolve discrepancies such as overpayments, short payments, and unapplied cash
  • Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate aging and reporting
  • Support credit reviews, onboarding of new clients, and credit limit assessments
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and ensure clean, reliable data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues
  • Monitor accounts in collections and escalate complex matters when needed
  • Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement of processes and audit trails

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an asset
  • Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets (Power Query is a plus)
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to identify discrepancies and risk indicators
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication skills for working with clients and internal teams
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., CargoWise, TruckMate) is an asset
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
