• Monitor CAD file status with CBSA, ensuring accuracy in credits, payments, and other transactions
• Process Statements of Adjustment and assist in closing CAD entries
• Provide technical support to Cole branches and clients, guiding them through customs regulations and CAD amendments
• Oversee Voluntary Disclosure Program applications, handling CBSA case files with precision
• Perform additional duties as needed, supporting the National Claims Manager and ensuring timely, accurate results
• Offer top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and facilitating post-entry corrections

• A completed Grade 12 education, with additional studies in international trade, business, or management
• A Customs Qualification Certificate, CCS, or equivalent is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs, with a solid understanding of compliance, tariff interpretation, and HS classification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate complex customs software
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
