What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll keep our Calgary office humming by:
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Answering and directing inbound phone calls with accuracy and care
- Managing correspondence, including mail, couriers, and incoming invoices
- Monitoring visitor access and reporting security concerns
- Supporting HR with job postings, interview scheduling, and document updates
- Preparing monthly trust cheque reconciliations
- Managing inventory and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with office coordination and other duties as assigned
- Processing client payments and maintaining receivables reports (if applicable)
- Handling documents through iDocs and internal workflow tools
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- A high school diploma or GED (or a comparable mix of education and experience)
- Strong typing (50+ wpm) and general math skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Great organization and multitasking skills
- A friendly, professional communication style
- A customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with office purchasing, document filing, and HR coordination tasks
- Bilingual in English/French is an asset
