What You'll Do
- Process various forms of payment receipts and match them to client invoices
- Request payment remittances from clients as needed
- Handle client refunds and ensure accurate backup documentation
- Update client billing information and perform account analysis when required
- Support the Credit & Collection Analyst with client issues and concerns
- Compile and submit regular reports to management
- Maintain transactional integrity and improve the audit trail
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and calmly with clients
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
